Come Home for Christmas

Come home for Christmas
Where the lights are glowing
Leading us onward
To where we are going.

Come home for Christmas,
Making it without fail
Coming home to hope
Where God’s promises prevail.

Come home for Christmas,
Gathering around the table
Coming home for grace
Found born in the stable.

Come home for Christmas,
Coming home to peace
We keep going and going,
Our effort will not cease.

Come home for Christmas,
A time we savor,
As we gather
To celebrate our Savior.
