Put on the Armor of God

Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. – Ephesians 6:13-17

Winning the biggest battle of life begins with a heart set on victory. We don’t drift into triumph — we passionately plan for it, we step toward it, and we fully expect it. Our confidence isn’t rooted in ourselves but in the One who fights for us. Jesus is on our team, and because He takes away our sin, the greatest obstacle has already been removed. With Him, we move forward not as victims of circumstance but as champions of grace, already aligned with the victory He secured.

Take inspiration from the song My Victory by Crowder and Passion. Because of the Lamb of God, we step into life’s battles with a confidence that isn’t our own. His sacrifice empowers us to win the fight and run the race set before us, all because of His amazing grace. The death of the Lamb of God is hell’s ultimate defeat, breaking the power of darkness once and for all. What the enemy meant for destruction—what the cross was designed to kill—has become our victory. Through Jesus, every battle is approached from a place of triumph, not fear, because the victory has already been won.
