To make the impossible possible, determination is needed. Prayerfully take steps to plan out your mission. Evaluate and make the needed adjustments along the way. Sometimes you may have to ruffle some feathers to get everyone headed in the right direction.
With each new step
You prayerfully chose,
Good plans are written
And confidence grows.
For plans not accomplished,
Adjustments can be made,
Attitudes changed,
And new ones weighed.
To finish a quest
You have desired,
Determination
Is always required.
Sometimes courage
Is what’s needed
To make it through
What has impeded.
Ruffle some feathers
To get teammates moving
And transform practices
That need improving.
