In the previous post, I shared about how we are wonderfully made by God and we should praise Him for how far we’ve come. His Spirit lives in us as pointed out in 1 Corinthians 3:16, “Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?” If you are like me, you tend to worry over the smallest of things. Today, I’d like to offer this video: At The Foot Of The Cross – Don Moen to remind us that God cares for us and will be with us every step of the way. Enjoy the video and God bless! 🙂
When we lay every burden down at the foot of the cross, we can leave yesterday and tomorrow to God and simply concentrate on how amazing this day with Him will be. He will provide music for our ears, laughter for the soul and a rainbow after every storm.

Can I say glory Hallelujah. Mark, I know a thing or two about giving Jesus my burden. The psalmist David writes, “I will lift up my eyes to the hills—From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:1-2). Thanks so much for sharing. God blesses.

Great verse Noel. With all that has taken place this week, there are many that I’m sure share our thoughts. Let us continue to pray for families affected by the bombing in Boston, the fertilizer plant blowing up in the town of West Texas just twenty miles north from where I live, and the floods in the Midwest.

The affected families were in our prayers when we heard of these events. I was on vacation with my family when I heard about them. Yet, through it all that we know that God is in control.

Yes Mark laying those burdens down are the easy part, but letting them stay is the hard part. I find myself always binding them down again and again. When I mature as a I believe I am I will not have to redo what I did the first time because I know He has them and its no longer mine but His.
