Psalm 75

The psalmist is especially thankful for God’s wonderful deeds in Psalm 75. We should also rejoice in how God supports the earth with good people who are pillars of a neighborhood, community, or nation. Today, I’m praising God for His good people and the wonderful deeds they carry out.

This day with God will be amazing because like jumper cables that recharge one battery from another, we can be the link that connects the power of God to people. We can get interested in them, make them happy, and empower them.

Psalm 74

God’s people had been through so much and the psalmist begs God for help in Psalm 74. God’s divine power is acknowledged as creator of earth, the controller of the seasons, and the One who turns day into day and night into night.

We now know that God showed His love for His people when Christ died on the cross; uniting us as brothers and sisters. Take a few minutes to look at the video above or click this link: We Will Stand – Avalon Featuring Russ Taff. The need now is to unite in faith, be encouraged with hope, and inspired to love.

This day with God, receive His power with earnest prayer; asking for help in every situation and circumstance. Pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ to unite in faith. No matter what happens in life, God loves you and that’s all that matters.

Psalm 73

Good thoughts of God give strength to overcome the persuasion of sin. Christ our arbitrator provides the presence of God for guidance and security. After reading Psalm 73, a thought that occurred is that a Christian becomes a new creation who cuts all sources of retreat and heads straight to the future with assurance of having all that is needed for victory.

We can be blessed with many good thoughts from a local church. Steve Ramsdell, the Pastor at my church made a point in a sermon that if the things of God are your treasure, then you have all things. What drives you toward God? Why do we not ask God more often for help? Think of the possibilities if we went to Him more. Ezekiel 32

Billy Graham once said, “God’s angels often protect his servants from potential enemies”. In Ezekiel 32, the images used to describe Pharaoh king of Egypt are intimidating descriptions like a lion or monster. Yet when God goes against his kingdom of Egypt, it didn’t stand a chance. The most powerful are weak and helpless when they go against God.

The passage today has taught me that we should make sure we are on God’s side. Victories come when we play our part and God does His part. God will not let us down if we work together and live by His clear principles which are essentials for life. Today, I’m praying to use some good common sense, good judgment, and just simply playing my little part in God’s overall plan.
