The Equipment For Spiritual Fitness

Noted in “Playbook For A Remarkable Victory” is the thought that when exercising, we need the proper equipment. For walking or jogging, we need a good pair of shoes. For other exercise, we may need weights, treadmill, etc. Even with the proper equipment though, a person must be motivated to work out. It’s not going to help get in physical shape laying around all day on the couch. We have to get moving, stick it out, and be patient for it to transform an out of shape body into a body that is fit.

To get our spiritual body in shape, we need to exercise our faith by using the equipment or the word of God. A Bible never read and applied does no good, but those who turn the pages, read, learn, and apply what it says will find it to be the playbook for a remarkable victory in their life.

So this day, take a few minutes to read God’s Word, Worship with a good song like My Victory – Passion (Feat. Crowder) and pray for a gameplan to a victorious day.  Like the song says, Jesus’ death was hell’s defeat. The cross meant to kill is your victory.
