Begin to be Free

Explained in John 8:31-47 is that what identifies a disciple is holding on to the teachings of Jesus and following through until achievement. Jesus says in John 8:34, “Everyone who sins is a slave to sin.” All are slaves to sin, but Christ offers freedom so create a picture in your mind of being free; be drawn towards the Light of Life. The Light will both heal and nourishes the heart.

A heart that accepts Jesus allows the healing to begin and then God is with us as Holy Spirit lives inside so there is a rebirth into freedom. Holy Spirit thinks, speaks, and leads with power and peace. Then, the heart continues to be free by undergoing changes in order to come across all that God wants us to experience. Gifting us with a purpose for the benefit of the whole body of Christ.

Like the first bloom of spring that makes a countryside eventually flourish with flowers, the future outcome for us is one of hope. We can rejoice even in a deep winter because the light dawns over the horizon to warm our hearts in this hopeful season.
