A thought from John 12:1-11 is that priorities are made, and choices are made. As pointed out in the passage, there is a need to set aside time, and make Jesus number one as you grow your faith beyond just mediocre. The time spent in study, prayer, and praise is of great importance. It’s what’s on the inside or the heart that will ultimately come out in what you do and how you do it. As the old saying goes, “Actions speak louder than words”.
