Spiritual Union

The girl affirms her faithfulness to her beloved and as explained in Song of Songs 7-8 , she wants to spend time together with him to discuss the future, plan, and receive inspiration. Communion with Christ is what all believers should desire; beginning each day with Him and seeking Him diligently throughout the day. Their souls like vineyards flourish in the presence of the Son. The soul is nourished and like tender grapes appearing in the new season, fruit in their faith grows to glorify Him.

A relationship endures due to a commitment and desire to serve one another. Like the relationship between Christ and the church, long-lasting healthy relationships are filled with favorite activities with each other. They look forward to spending time together. There is a passion for building a life together that stays steady because they are better tied together; one personality feeds off of the strengths of the other. Any weaknesses are diluted by a major strength of the other or by help just as the Holy Spirit helps in the church.

This Day with God, clear a path to life with enthusiasm, passion, and peace of mind. Take a few minutes to think about some great moments of this past year. Be renewed by thinking of this upcoming year as a new beginning to create amazing new moments with God.

Your post reminds me of Psalm 100, specifically the parts that say, “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord…. serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing… enter into his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise,” because like you said, relationships that endure are those in which we desire to serve one another, enjoy favorite actives and spending time together, and have a passion for building a life together with a common goal. 🙂
