All week, my heart has leaned into the study of Jeremiah 5: to build something that lasts—not just for today, but for every tomorrow. I’ve sought truth that stirs me now, igniting a deeper desire to walk in God’s Way. And I’ve listened for something I can carry forward, a sound that keeps me stepping ahead in faith. Out of this pursuit, a worship song has emerged—born from scripture, shaped by reflection, and filled with the hope that what has been built will continue to sing life into every season.

🎵 Anchored in Mercy
[Verse 1]
I stand on faith, a solid stone,
An anchor deep, yet not alone.
The winds may howl, the waves may rise,
But hope still holds beneath the skies.  Â
[Verse 2]
This path I walk is not my own,
It’s cleared by grace, by seeds long sown.
Though chaos stirs and hearts resist,
God’s truth remains—a patient fist.
Chorus
So, I will walk, though shadows fall,
Anchored in mercy, through it all.
Not swayed by fear, nor drowned by strife—
I step ahead throughout this life.
[Verse 3]
The sea obeys His sovereign hand,
The rain falls gently on the land.
And in the storm, I hear His call:
Return to God, receive it all.
Final Chorus (Extended)
So, I will walk, though shadows fall,
Anchored in mercy, through it all.
Not swayed by fear, nor drowned by strife—
I step ahead throughout this life.
Yes, I step ahead throughout this life.
