Set Your Mind on Things Above

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. – Colossians 3:1-2

The post “Grace Flows Endlessly from Above” emphasizes the need to set your mind on things above, where Christ is seated in glory, and praise to the One True God who loves you beyond measure. His love is not distant or abstract — it is personal, proven through the sacrifice of His Son on the Cross. In that sacred act, heaven’s mercy was poured out, and now, because of Jesus, a stream of forever grace flows freely into the soul. This grace is not earned but received; not temporary, but eternal. It renews, restores, and invites us into daily worship, where our lives become a reflection of the love that first found us.

So, lighten the load with prayer—casting every care into the hands of the One who carries you. Let grace, poured out through Jesus, fill the empty spaces and renew your strength. As the Holy Spirit gently influences your thoughts and steps, be lifted by the words of The Lord’s Prayer (It’s Yours) by Matt Maher, a song that echoes heaven’s rhythm: “Father, let Your Kingdom come… right here in my heart”1. In this sacred space of worship and surrender, you’ll find the strength, guidance, and power needed to walk boldly into the day, knowing you are never alone.
