Free To Be Who He Made Us To Be

Once again Jesus went out beside the lake. A large crowd came to him, and he began to teach them. – Mark 2:13

The post “Keeping Others In Mind” was about the large crowds that began to follow Jesus. At times, Jesus associated with sinners and tax collectors; people not thought of highly by society.

The Pharisees raised criticism but in a calm way and with reasoning, Jesus simply stated his main purpose. To teach about forgiveness of sins, helping people to become spiritually healthy, and asking for them to follow His Way.

Crowds would flock to be in the presence of Christ. Since people were drawn to Jesus, shouldn’t they be drawn to us? Take inspiration from the song Free To Be Me by Francesca Battistelli and believe Jesus can shape us to be free to who He made us to be.
