He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then He said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” – Revelation 21:5
As written in “Aligned and True”, the Word of God is our level to measures if our heart is aligned with the Lord. The level may show that we are off at times but let us be thankful that Jesus is our deliverer. With Jesus by our side, we have the counselor or Holy Spirit to help us maintain justice and do what is right. To make us level and true to serve God every day and to bring Him glory.
Like in the song If We’re Honest by Francesca Battistelli, when we finally come as we are, God meets us with mercy, and the truth of His Word keeps us level in His sight so He can get us right. His grace doesn’t just patch us up—it frees us from the weight we’ve been carrying and realigns our hearts with who He always intended us to be. In that honest place, where nothing is hidden and everything is surrendered, we discover the freedom to grow, to change, and to become what we were created to be through His love and His truth.
