Stand Tall and Rise Above It All

I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With Him at my right hand, I will not be shaken. – Psalm 16:8

We are called to make a steady climb toward the true spiritual assets—faith, hope, and love—rather than chasing the lofty incomes, nice cars, and expensive houses that the world so often celebrates. These deeper treasures shape our character, anchor our hearts, and enrich our lives in ways material success never can. When we pursue what is eternal, we rise into the kind of abundance that brings lasting peace, purpose, and joy.

As pointed out in the song Fix My Eyes by King and Country, we can choose to stand tall and rise above it all — not by our own strength, but by fixing our eyes on the Lord. He helps us make that steady climb, lifts our spirit, and reminds us that every challenge gets us to a place so His grace can shine through us.

  1. Blessings from our glorious King Jesus. Standing tall isn’t about feeling strong — it’s about choosing trust when everything else wobbles. Keep your eyes lifted and your footing in grace.
