All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. – 2 Timothy 3:16-17

As shared in ”Fulfilling Our Mission”, the story of Jonah reminds us that God has a mission for each of us, just as Jesus fulfilled His mission on the cross to bring us renewed life. We are called to share the Good News of God’s grace, spreading His love and truth to those around us. This begins with reading the Word, living the Word, and sharing the Word, as scripture is a powerful tool for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training us in righteousness. Through faith and obedience, we align ourselves with God’s purpose and walk in the path He has set before us.

When God calls, who will answer? Whom shall He send? To truly hear, we must listen with open hearts, for His voice reaches us in ways both profound and gentle. When God calls, it is not merely a summons but an invitation—a divine purpose woven into our being. And in that moment, we stand ready, responding with faith and courage: As the song “Here I am, Lord.” says. We offer ourselves not out of obligation but out of love, trusting that His plan is greater than we can imagine.
