My intercessor is my friend as my eyes pour out tears to God; on behalf of a man, he pleads with God as a man pleads for his friend.  - Job 16:20-21

In the post “Friend To Help Along The Way”, noted is that God is the Truth and cares for His people. We don’t have a counselor that just tells us what we want to hear, but because of Jesus our intercessor, we have the Holy Spirit to guide us in all we do.

The Truth is God’s Word and we should react to parts of scripture that reprove and correct us with humility. Everyone needs a friend but not all friends will be able to deliver. With Jesus, we have a friend that can! He knows what path to take and what decisions are the best.
