Much of life is directed by the low standards of this world rather than God’s higher standard. The world wants to mold you with movies, social media, advertisements, and worldly pleasures. Success is defined by lofty incomes, nice cars, or an expensive house instead of vast spiritual assets like faith, hope, and love! A thought from reading Psalm 53 is that if you pay attention to the world, you become stressed or confused but if you pay attention to God’s Way, you’re prepared for the world.
