This poem was written to inspire getting a great start to your day with daily Bible reading and prayer. I believe reading the Bible can result in long-term, far-reaching benefits right now and of course for eternity.
Each day should begin
Taking in fresh air,
Bible reading,
And a morning prayer.
A passion gained
From the inside
Where the Spirit
Of God does guide.
Studying the Bible
Through the years
Sharing with family
Along with peers.
After a while,
It becomes plain
This provides a long-term
Far reaching gain.
The power of change,
Teaching what is right,
Giving inspiration,
And future that is bright.
