Questions for Reflection for Study of Galatians 4-6

Over the last few weeks, the journey through Galatians has been a spirited one with writing this letter to the Galatians. The circumstances during the writing involves the Jewish Christians who were trying to impose the Jewish ritual and moral law upon the Gentile Christians who had been converted to Christianity during Paul’s first missionary journey.

With faith, we can be like Paul and have confidence in what we believe. There is no fear because there is always a connection to God because of accepting the gift of Christ, we receive the peace of knowing that faith gained today will pull us through tomorrow so we can continue to step ahead day after day.

God has placed each of us in our present circumstances for a reason in order to be a leader within our family and those we see the most. In turn, they will give glorify God because of what we have done. The Christian life is like running a relay. We all help each other as we use the talents God meant us to use. When individuals find a common purpose and these individual talents are blended together, then we have something.

As Paul writes about, faith in Christ as the Son of God is how we are justified and not by observing the Old Testament law. Errors of a lifetime can be corrected TODAY! Christ in you leads to peace, resolve, confidence, and victory. Believe you are justified by faith in Christ, count your blessings, and turn your whole life around. Nothing is impossible if you believe that Jesus is the Vine and you are one of the branches.

We may face difficulties daily … a family member is sick, a rough day at work, trying to balance work, home, and school. So my friend in Christ, set your sights beyond what you can see. Be determined and know that Christ has paid the price, giving you an unseen power which cannot be measured or weighed but can tell you the right things to do for a favorable outcome.

By accepting Christ, we are connected forever to the greatest power ever. We are connected to the Holy Spirit so we can face these difficult days by turning them over to God. There’s no problem dreaming about good things in our present life but Christians believe the ultimate reward is salvation and the life after the one here on earth. Paul has pointed out in Galatians that the law in the Old Testament is not set aside. Instead, it is followed more clearly through the promise fulfilled in Christ.

Let us work together to give God the glory! We can display oneness with other believers in Christ today by having faith. Our faith gives us the freedom to tap into our individual skills and talents for His glory. As you go about your day today, remember that you are never alone and that God has given other Christians to help us along the journey.

Success in any undertaking starts by having a plan. The reading plan below will be used as I share over the next few posts. It’s important to have a plan. I’m thankful that Jesus is God’s plan for us and by accepting Him as Savior; we have taken the steps necessary to make this day with Him amazing! At this link: God’s Plan for Us is a post about accepting God’s plan or reaffirming our “YES” for Christ.
