Questions:

What knowledge of the kindness and salvation of God is bottled up, silent, inside you? Why?

Food for Thought:

I cannot even imagine where I would be today were it not for that handful of friends who have given me a heart full of joy. Let’s face it; friends make life a lot more fun. – Charles R. Swindoll

Thoughts/Ideas:

Write any thoughts or ideas the scripture reading has inspired that may help encourage acts of kindness.

Response:

In this passage, God’s people had been through difficult days but the future would be brighter. Today, we can continue to look forward to a bright future. Pray for a good outlook and faith in a bright future ahead. Pray for ways to be an encourager and opportunities to point out to others the kindness of God’s salvation.

  1. Unknown's avatar LTG says:

Everyone can have a bad day. That’s when they need to know there are others out there that care. Think of an act of kindness to make things just a little better. Encourage them with the truth of God’s promise for better tomorrows.
