The human body is more complex than any machine that could ever be made. Our bodies are made up of cells; three billion in the brain and billions of red blood cells in the blood. Each cell has its own specialized function and billions of neurons carry electrical signals that control the body from the brain and spinal cord. This is not the result of chance. God made you just like David exclaimed below in Psalm 139:13-14. 

For You created my inmost
Being;
You knit me together in my
Mother’s womb.
I praise you because I am
fearfully and wonderfully
made;
Your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
